Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Spotrr app or website. By accessing or using Spotrr you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Spotrr account or using any part of the Spotrr service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
Section 2
The Service
Spotrr is a gym buddy–finder platform that lets you connect with other fitness enthusiasts nearby. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
Section 3
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
Section 4
Acceptable Use
You may not use Spotrr to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others. You may not post content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or sexually explicit. We may terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Section 5
User Content
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By posting content, you grant Spotrr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the service.
Section 6
Privacy
Your use of Spotrr is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.
Section 7
Subscriptions and Purchases
Spotrr Gold is a paid subscription billed through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription term.
Section 8
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Spotrr does not guarantee that you will find a gym buddy, and we are not responsible for in-person meetings arranged through the platform.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spotrr's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Section 10
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
